I've been reading a lot about these, and from what I've learned I need to get the appropriate subligar to drop from fomors in Phomiuna Aqueducts or some other Tavnazian area, then do a quest with it?

So so so confusing. ><

Any help you guys could provide me with to get the RNG (and maybe WHM for my fiancee) one to drop would be appreciated. ^^

You get the RNG or WHM subligar from the respective fomor, go to the quest npc in bastok markets (I think) in that little gold street area on the SE side of the map or something, talk to her, she makes you dress up in 2 pieces of worthless equipment (but some are really annoying to get), then you talk to her again after wearing a piece of af supposedly, she tells to to get 2 more pieces of equipment, after that you get to pick a jse, then she tells you to trade her the correct subligar. I think that's the order of things, but I'm not 100% sure.
