the plan is NOT to impliment it because of the HUGE advantage it would give players over mobs. Utsusemi: San... and NIN could tank almost anything... (leaving out Faust AoE and stuff like that)

To keep the balance of the game, it will more then likely be left out

Lol, Utsusemi: San...NIN would pwn everything in FFXI....Ni can be cast in about 1 second with San and Ni you wouldn't even have to count shadows...Way too good, would mess up the game big time. If they did release it they might aswell throw pld in the trash...imo it's like giving rdm lvl 4 elemental magic spells and giving them back cure 5.

Well there are a lot of balance issues they're going to have to address by the next expansion anyway, so for Utsusemi: San to be a possibility is not out of the question, but it won't happen until the mob difficulty warrants it I imagine.

Again, I don't think this will ever be released. Jubaku is so rediculously overpowered that giving us a better, faster one would just be insane. Same reason why we'll never see Dokumori:Ni.

No Phalanxga is coded in the system, there is, however, a Phalanx II. Gravity II as well, which I freakin want. Bindga would be awesome, but then GMs would be more flooded with MPK calls than they likely already are (can we say Aspidochelone?).
