Here's a GM i had the displeasure of meeting.

Gilseller team was MPK'ing us, we popped the phantom worm, and out came the flow of mobs. Not once, but 2 - 3 times. Then we called a GM.

Not only did they do nothing, but they must be really arrogant to call themselves Magnificent.

The blog documents his encounters from the early days of primitive bot usage (enter spammers, and being able to counter it with a free carbuncle or BST pet in front of the botter), to witnissing provoking a monster from longer range than provoke should have, to mobs popping purple, and more.

If you go through his earlier posts, he expresses many of the same feelings in this thread (that the GMs don't do anything, that legitimate players can't compete against bots). Various GM Conversations end with the same sort of "It has been reported, it's being investigated" or "We need to witness to take action" comments.

If anything, this helps to show that JP Favoritism among GMs does not exist, and that this is a problem among many legitimate Japanese players as well.

It does exist. Some JP LS' get called out for holding, others don't. Besides, even if GM favouritism didn't exist, this whole game was basically made for JP. Sadly enough, botting is probably the only way for NA's to outclaim JPs...

No, the effort is being up and online from 3-7am for 6 months to get the items that the group needs,

But keep the propaganda up, so long as NA's (on Quetz at least) believe that they are no chance of getting a claim, then the only people my LS has to compete with for claims are the JP LS's.

We know we can get pulls against them, (at least proportional to the number of people we have in the area), and the less outside competition, the easier it is for us.

Oh, and if you still believe that the order events occur in the chat log is the order they actually happened, then....

Let me make some things clear to you since the TOS also states. "The TOS can change at any point without the knowledge of the player base." The reason why they say this is because situations change, new violations emerge ECT. They arn't going to keep updating the TOS and they leave it vague for a reason.

Monopolization of NM/HNM's - Policy is not as clear cut as you say it is. The reason why is obvious. New situations emerge. This policy was worded extremely wrong because if you speak with a GM (LIKE MYSELF) they will tell you, "Only way to monopolize an NM/HNM spawn is to do one of the following to prevent players from being in the same area as the NM/HNM; MPK, Harassment, or holding of the NM or it's placeholders." You call a GM and say "SO and SO is monopoloizing the Stroper Chyme." The GM's official response is, "What are they doing to monopoloize the spawn." You reply, "They have been there for 24/7 camping the same NM over and over for months." GM's official response, "I'm sorry, but that is not monopolization. Monopolization is <insert policy above>. Do you have any other matters I can assist you with today?" And that ends the call.

Gil sellers - Gil sellers while players think this is cut and dry simply because a player states he is a gil seller he is guilty of buying or selling gil. WRONG. It's just as you guys don't believe me here that I am a GM because I say I am a GM. Just because he says he sells gil dosn't mean he actually does. You need to have a complete offering of a transaction to make it a violation. "I'll sell you X amount of gil for X amount of dollars US currency." this "Do you want to buy gil" or "I sell gill" or " Xi Sue Mi Jo Ti Gil? Do you need it?" crap dosn't work. It has to be a clear cut offering.

Previous actions - 800+ accounts were terminated (this said on the information section) but what isn't read is they wern't all terminated for "Gil Selling" or "Monopolization" as the information section said. They were all terminated because of repeat offenses in MPK, Third Party Software, Harassment, or even offering to sell gil. Not because they were there 24 hours a day. You going to go and get someone arrested because they sit outside a candy store 24 hours a day, and right when the store opens they go and buy all of YOUR favorite candy? No, it won't happen. The cops will laugh you're ass all the way to jail for filing a false report.

As I previously posted Quinsisdos, I'm not "Deepthroat" nor do I share is "words of wisdom." What I can say since I am still under contractual obligations to keep my trap shut, because they are afraid people like me would go out there and do as "Deepthroat" did, is that not everything SE tells you is exactly as it is worded. They are very political in what they do, and for every 1 thing they tell you, there are a dozen things they don't. Keep that in mind when you go to claim an NM, and there are STILL a group of 2-6 Chinese Gil Sellers laughing at you because they can claim things before you and they can still get away with the SE's and Your form of "Monopolization"

He actually (surprisingly) worded this decently, as to help explain some limitations that cause GMs and players to not see eye to eye.

No, the problem actually is that most of the NA LSs on Quetz have no problem with MPKing and Mob Stealing from other shells. That combined with certain members stealing from shells, and then hopping (and being accepted by) the next shell, means that none of the NA shells (understandably) trust each other.

And specifically, in the case of NH, that incident with Maseki in Garliage did you guys a lot more harm than I think you realise...

There was a CC agreement awhile back, but it had nothing to do with JP LSs showing up and automatically getting the loot. It was a beneficial situation for both us and the JP LSs (all that doormat stuff is rubbish.... However, control of the camps changed, the conditions of the agreement changed, and it was no longer beneficial for the NA LSs to be a part of. The agreement dissolved with no particular hard feelings on either side.

If you enter into and continue with an agreement that is only beneficial to the other side, then you really only have yourselves to blame...
