How do you guys decide cash drops?

On the main page on the 02.12.05 post, some cash drops are 'fund' and some are 'split'. Think I see the trend: earth = bank and sky = split. (Behemoth Hide from Behemoth = fund. Behemoth Hide from Byakko = split.) Our LS just banks everything sky or earth. What are the reasons behind it?

sky is a simple point system where a pop item is a point, and a god is a point and your % of the split is how many points you have divided by total.

we used to also do 100% fund but because of how important gil is in vanadiel we tried use the split thing as a way to help people get it.

Lol I see. I like the idea of splitting some of the loot. The way ours is setup is we bank all cash drops. Points are earned numerous ways and the total amount of points out is divided by the total amount in our bank. So points could be worth 200k each sometimes. Thats fine and all but it makes it hard to save up points so you can bid on items and still try to keep from becoming super poor. >;x

Actually, Liltwin keeps the drops so he has an excuse to be in the main alliance. ("Oh no! Genbu is running out of control! Quick, Litlwin, use your two-hour to save us!")
