Singing vs String/Wind Skill

I guess this could be answered by anyone.
What's the difference from singing and wind/string?
Is singing stronger than wind/string or is singing like both wind/string power or something? Confused I guess ;x [Help me out!]

Bard debuffs are so messed up on Gods and CoP wyrms because we only get a C in skill.

Basically, if using horn to debuff you have singing+wind, if harp string+singing. Singing is used in both variations, but to a slightly smaller degree. I like + singing in AF2 hat and AF1 hands(Ithink), since I use horn for elegy and harp for sleep/threnody.

Don't feel bad. Even with A+ enfeebling skill RDM have a hard time landing debuffs on gods.

Speaking of that, this Whm I know tried to land some enfeebles on Gods this past weekend, what a waist of MP. Thanks Cloude for making me all the wiser
