Good, because it rules. At least, in theory, it rocks. But, you have to use all elemental debuffs and do an elemental wheel. And that's really, really expensive.

Also, being 51+ and having HQ elemental staves helps alot. For the rest, +int and +m.attack

I don't care what race someone is, regardless of job. As long as you can acknowledge:

1) The weakness of the race and how they affect your job,
2) capable of acknowledging those weakness(es) and fixing them accordingly through whatever means (ie. equips), and
3) capable of playing the job so it's efficient and you're not an ass about it either

I've partied with Taru and Galka NINs and PLDs who have made other PLDs look like total crap. I've been with Galka WHMs who make others look gimp beyond extremes in terms of ability. Race is NOT a governing factor as to how one's job is performed correctly or not.

Layzee was one of the best damn WHMs I have ever partied with. He knew how to use his MP efficiently because he totally whored Regen III and Cure V, and he actually cast Haste. (A lot of WHM that I partied with didn't do that in XP parties.) I actually never saw him draw hate, and I didn't have to spend half of my MP back-up curing for him. (Plus he was a total stud in his RSE top and AF pants.) I really wanted to get him into BG, but it seems that he quit.
