Best you can get is having everyone @ lvl 75. A BLM nuking statues in the mid-late 60's aint going to do much. +70 should be mandatory for Dynamis IMHO, with the exception of Ranger and Bard.

How many mobs are there and are they all nm?

All monsters in Dynamis will conn Impossible to Gauge pretty much, but not all are NM's. You can usually tell by the mob's name who is NM and who is not. To be able to clear a Dynamis, you have to kill a bunch of trigger NM's in order to spawn the mega boss.

Really depends on what strategy your Dynamis LS decides to use. My LS uses ninja strictly for pulling, and PLD tanks. We also have 1 PLD voking the statues off of the blm's in the front. NIN pulls the SMN'd mobs to his alliance.

WHM is ok at 65, although you wont be getting a raise 3 from that person if you wipe. DD should be at 73 or higher. RNG/BRD can be 70. BLM 72+
PLD 70-75, NIN 70-75, THF(puller) should be 74 or 75

Many mobs. There are statues that pop 2-4 mobs when you aggro them. There are countless statues and some of them repop. There are around 4 NM's to each dynamis. Xarcabard and Beaucedine have more NMs. After you defeat the NM's, Mega Boss will pop. After you kill him, examine the ??? where he died at and you have completed that dynamis.

NIN usually a puller along with THF. BLM's sleepga the summoned mobs you arent fighting at that moment. PLD provoke and flash the slept mobs so when they wake up they dont rape the BLMs. NIN usually fight the mobs that the rest of the PT are. Sometimes they help provoke the slept mobs if there aren't enough PLD.
