Akanoishi wiped to Kirin their first (and maybe only, I'm not too strong on the history of an LS I was never a part of) time. Shortly after they broke up I believe. Again, what does that have to do with anything? Nobody commented on their CFH/wipe so why bring it up if not in an attempt to inflame?

As for UDF Their perfect in every way and never make mistakes.. infact they can take Vrtra with half of the ls with no problems and on their first kirin they did it with 12 ppl half asleep in 20min, just amazing, so polite too

Heh, the point was that even though 2 ls's were delayed and it was a bad situation, SB handled it with class and understanding, while UDF decided they were gods and they decided how long any ls should fight kirin and how many times. bvecause we all know they own kirin, if not the whole Bahamut server.

The reason it's pointed out alot that it was our first is because, first is the hardest and we tried our honest best, and did our best to win without causing the other ls's too much time, well that didn't happen and we unlike UDF are not perfect and made a mistake our first time and apologize for the delay in the other ls's time period.

Basically my post is not about the time delay... This is already understood. Had our first attempt not have had the CFH it would not even be an issue. What i am saying regardless of situation for time. The telsl and shouts and such should not need to be blisted. Its the same as if all of us were camping a HNM and lets say UDF won the pull then we wates 120+ man hours and we start spamming you and emoting and lagging you in an already laggy area.

All i have been repeatedly saying is reverse the situation and put yourself in our shoes. 90% of shell if not more was not aware of the need to call the receptionist and make reservations for a table of 30+ and then check with the 7 or 8 other shells to make sure the party room was ok to play in. Obviously some people understand what i am saying while others do not and will probably not ever.

As far as saying "Your LS, as a whole, delayed 60-70 people 2-3 hours all thanks to your LS leader's "f them, we're gonna do it anyways" attitude. Roree you don't see anything wrong with costing 2 other groups ~120-210 man hours? Your saying that MT was rude to your leader so that it is ok to be rude to everyone in our shell. How about this... if someone is rude to you be rude to them back if you chooose but leave the others alone. Retaliating or not its wrong to do so while we are busy running from Kirin. Anyways... i am not saying i i dont care about the time delay for other people. With this being said i do care about the lack of elementary courtesy while we are running around killing a god of gods. In the future i am sure this wont be a concern.

My own reason for posting was due to the first response to the annoucement being rude and sneaky. Basically it says whatever grats now get the narf outta the way and stay away from the professionals.

That wasn't attempt to inflame, all I'm saying is that many of your members know how things can go with kirin and how long it takes especially for the first time. When I mentioned Akanoshi Kirin incident, it was a reminder to some of your members of how it is for an ls to go fight kirin for the first time and have things go horribly long. I've been addressing not to you but every person here who has one way or another responded attacking Tomo's ls. Previous replies trying to degrade their accomplishment and complaining about them being inconsiderate to others is wrong.
Oh and read the first page of this thread and you'll see where comments were made about wipe/CHF.

Why do you bother posting? Nobody has said how long you should take vs Kirin or how many you should fight. Get your head out of the sand. The whole issue has been about your leader essentially slapping both SB & us in the face by causing us this delay. Show some courtesy and you'll get it in return. Don't show any and you'll receive none.

Everyone tries their best on Kirin I'm sure, nobody likes losing or wiping. Again whatever point you're driving at, which seems to be none but rather to flame, you're failing to deliver by posting something of no relevance.

That's not what anyone is intending or implying as you well know. You keep saying "put yourselves in our shoes" but have you tried looking at it from our side of things? It doesn't look like it at all. We've had incidents, as an LS and as individuals within our LS, where we've extended courtesies such as we've been trying to explain to you so we completely understand your side.

I don't speak for SB but do you think they started singing your praises on their LS when you cost them the same ~2 hours you cost us? Maybe they cursed you out on /l instead of /say. Maybe they didn't. I don't know what they said, I don't even know what the member or members of my LS said. However I do know that you annoyed a lot of people with your bs. I'm sure it wouldn't have been much of an issue if your leader handled it better, but as I was told, he didn't. He basically issued a decree that you were going and everyone else be damned.

The issue is not that they took a while to get it done. The issue is that they didn't give a damn that SB and ourselves were scheduled for set times, as we have been for many weeks, and that schedule was completely disregarded. It was an extremely discourteous thing to do.

...BG had to quickly adjust their kirin schedule due to another ls setting their time an hr ot 2 before their own, they got over it and moved on. Its not a time set on stone, sometimes another ls will have plans for similar times and they will overlap, can't be helped unless SE makes it so that the Kirin area is actually like a BC and multiple groups can pop him at the same time.

Our first two runs were January 8th and January 15th. Steamcleaner was broke at that time and it was more than well documented from a good number of your members on this page that you could not pop kirin during that time because of it. That time was never set in stone for us for future runs at the time.

~2 months later:
We avoided steamcleaner for the first week when it was fixed if I remember right to avoid all the rush. I believe we planned kirin the 2nd Saturday after steamcleaner was fixed. I remember asking mrwatermonkey to check when you all were doing kirin the week after steamcleaner got fixed and according to him you all were going on Friday. We continued to go on Saturday after that since Friday was out of the question.

I know some people in your linkshell may have problems with some people in our linkshell, but please don’t make it sound like we stole your time when we went for 2 straight dead weeks on kirin and there was never any direct conflict between both linkshells on kirin.

If I remember it correctly, since it has been such a long time, the first time Akanoishi went for Kirin, there was a conflict with bg. I believe bg was about to kill kirin or was in the process of killing him when aka's ppl gathered. However, correct me if I'm wrong, didn't we wait for bg to finish? Anyhow, I really don't see how that incident has anything to do with tomodachi delaying 2 ls, sapphireblade has nothing to do with akanoishi, and they get delayed as well. Blazer, I want you to understand that nobody was mad that tomodachi took that long to kill kirin, it was expected that it will take somewhere around 1-1.5hr for a ls's first kirin kill, people were angry because tomodachi was aware of sb and our kirin schedule before the fight, yet they went and popped him anyway. nobody from our ls made fun of tomodachi's call for help and wipe, I don't know why people are using that as a defense. Seriously, we don't care. It's not relevent. You guys can wipe to kirin 5x or kill kirin in 15 minutes, it really does not matter. What matters is most ls that do kirin, supports common courtesy between ls'. By people getting together and figuring out a schedule, it avoids conflicts between people. If tomodachi doesn't support that, then we really have no basis in arguing anymore.

Mako I thought i made it clear yesterday I would work with you. If you think this weekend was enjoyable for members of tomodachi, your mistaken. All the drama surrounding these events really killed the accomplishments for many of us.

The current setup is great for you guys im sure but you are going to have to share saturday sometimes. Non NA players are not going to want to do kirin on sunday, and thats about all that is left after you figure in BG SB and UDF's runs.

We will continue to use http://f53.aaa.livedoor.jp/~bahamut/...ear=2005&mon=4 to plan dynamis runs as i think this is the best way for us to continue without problems.

Most non NA LS don't go durring NA prime time... Kirin is planned by UDF @ 7PM CST. JST is 9 hours ahead. That means that they would have to be awake earlier than 3AM JST to make their way to a Kirin event, to start at 4AM to interfere with UDF's usual time. Most non NA LS realize that NA primetime is usually around 4PM CST to 10PM CST on weekdays, and most all day on Saturday with the most players being on around 12PM CST and ending at 12AM CST. The non NA players give us those times out of respect for their times. You wouldn't see us trying to do Kirin durring Japanese Prime time, would you? First off, most of our members are not awake at that time. Second off, it's rude. More and more LS are attempting Kirin all the time. But they do need to remember that there are other LS that have had a set schedule for a period of time. There is no schedule set for Kirin, but that doesn't mean everyone should go ahead and just plan runs that interfere with other LS's schedules.

Fact, matter, case, you cant have kirin every week just because you have done it for x amount of weeks before. More and more people are killing kirin, and the time limitations will just not work out.

Im not saying you cant have 7PM CST saturday nights. What I am saying is I would appreciate it if people looked at being flexiable with there times to accomidate(sp?) others.

Im not even asking to change anything at the moment, but in the future, I might. Saturday is prime time for Europe to participate with NA ls's. They can stay up, or get up because they dont have work the next day. Asking them to do that on sunday is a different cast.

Stand back, and give Tomodachi applause, the same applause many of them gave you when you killed Kirin. The same applause that most of the God and HNM LSes on Bahamut gave you when you defeated Kirin.
