imagine if you (the Guide) and a friend (the Sprout) can wear this to XP where the higher level character is temporarily capped at the lower level and gets XP at that level.
but than it would be too cool and SE would never do something that cool.

They seem to understand the needs of all other jobs.
DRK gets TP Regen, NIN gets Enmity +10, Sam Attack +22 etc etc.

When in the ???? do RDMs sit and heal? We rest less than any other mage job or support class. Why even bother making the earring at all.
BLM enhances elemental magic, Whm can now enhance healing magic. SMN one not so hot actually if its just magical.
lol , I know RDM are complaining on these and many forums left and right, and maybe we have less of a reason to complain than DRG, but noetheless, My Update is topped at "Unknown" time oh wait...(9:29:17) now >.> and its just disheartening, yes RDM has many tools, but I am waiting for something that would gives us more specialization, more potency in some direction, namely enfeebling.
It sucks that what we do "best" is severely hampered end game, and moreso that we have to equip and sacrifice subwise for Stun, Sleepga, we never get Sleepga II, or Flash etc. when that is what we are supposed to do...I'm not even asking for Gravity II, Graviga etc. although that would be very nice -.-
If given the option to play RDM or another job that I will now get to 75, it definitely won't be RDM. Its been said before but they may as well dissolve the class I think, or actually give a damm and make useful equip SE.

I never said RATT +20 was all that good for RNG, it just got carried over in my copy and paste >.>. Either way, it ain't bad at all, its like eating another food in addition to w/e else you got going on.
I don't have RNG high enough to know the effects of RATT. Apparently it doesn't effect your damage a considerable amount, this is what I am lead to believe.
How long does the TP regen etc last for? 30 seconds?
RDM=Jack of all trades, Master of none... and in SE's opinion, not even close to mastering his own trade....

fight ends with Mannequin death, don't have to fight Moblin.
