Heh, I guess so, but acc+12 at night is pretty sweet, and goes along with the rest of the nin gear (around same delay as katana too).

Destroyers aren't bugged. 4-5% crit with cross-counter in KRT, 11-12 crit with destroyers, and then crit merits on top of that.
