Actually, get courage rings (2) and use them. When you hit 15, you want dex rings (balance rings, 2 of them) to switch out when you are about to do Sneak Attack.

So: battle

rings: courage
tp: 100 and SA ready?

macro 1
/equip ring 1 "Balance Ring"
/equip ring 2 "Balance Ring"

Wait until you hit one more time, and then:

macro 2
/ja "Sneak Attack" <me>
/wait 1
/ws "Fast Blade" <t>
or
/ws "Combo" <t>

If you aren't using H2H or Sword yet, skill one of them up. If you use H2H, sub monk. Switch to dagger at level 33.

PS. SA+Combo or SA+Fast Blade are really, really good. Highest damage for your level possible, aside from a rangers 2hour.
