to late to return to ffxi?

I used to play on the ramuh server and I had gotten my blm up to 65 along with rdm, whm, smn up to 37+, but then I made a really silly choice (cough, cough...World of Warcraft). The problem with WoW is there isnt really any storylines or any real point that I can see. Anyways my point is , that was well over 3-4 months ago ..so poor weeman is gone by now.

In your opinion is it to late to come back to FFXI and start from scratch to even be worth it (I.E lvl 1). I mean by the time I got back all the gear, missions, quests etc I had done I feel it my be to late. I loved FFXI, but I got suckered into WoW..lol . Not that it is an aweful game, I just miss a lot about FFXI.

NA endgame is dead in FFXI, don't bother to come back unless you are 75 or suck off a jp leader for a pearl.
