ok cool thank you... 10% is definately significant, there are a few synths that I may start to look at now ^_^

the 11 tier is definately no where near 10%, i think it changes ur random rate of 1% up to 3-7% max
i suppose any cursed crafters would notice it, if it was 10% the last time i did 20 cursed i should've got 2 HQ ; ;

*shrug* I do sole sushi (a level 84 synth) at 96 with no support at about 10% HQ. I've also done 20 synths in a row no HQ, and HQ'd 3 in a stack. Random numbers are cute that way .

lol.. i tend to believe this. I tried on Jester's Capes last night (umm, 22 over cap i think), did 2 stacks but no HQ at all. I think I'll stick to the 31+'s for profit.

With 95 +2 cooking I get nowhere near 10% HQ on sole sushi. I'm lucky to get 5%.

99+0 cooking I get about 10% HQ rate on Sole Sushi also.. too lazy to do GP everyday and the hat is ugly on Taru..
