I hate it when people are disappointed about the power of the WS's.

The WSs are used for SC purposes. Blm-based parties, and showing off ^^;. Still, you can do Slug Shot (for instance) with the Anni. 3x damage effect on a SS? {Yes please.}

relic horn has a use for those interested in bard skill +10 wind +10 singing
along with the other gear +18 singing, +19 wind, +19 string
well given string doesn't matter when u have relic horn, thats equipable total of +29 wind +23 singing, or +26 wind + 28 singing
bard only gets +3 skill per level, so +26 wind and +28 singing will make the base bard level @83, throw in merits, almost level 86, u get around 1 chr per level, so u need +11 chr to make u eqivalent of a level 86 bard

Square just needs to give Bards Ballad III and Red Mages Refresh II, everyone will be happy then.

When you have mages with more than 1000 MP, three MP a tick just doesn't cut it anymore. Make Refresh II 6MP/3seconds and Ballad III 4MP/3 seconds and everything is balanced out. (Stack Ballad II and III for 6 MP a second, everything is fair.)

Clearly, NAs don't deserve 12MP/tick refresh or whatever it was.

It's balanced as-is I think, you gotta rest some time. Refresh+Ballads just helps you stay up longer before you finally have to rest again.
