Recently I've lost valuable items thru delivery system. How? I have no clue, but the mule I sent my PLD stuff to has never recieved it. Usually you can check the name of person the items were sent to confirm if you typed the name correctly, but this time, name didn't come up, and the items that were sent started "disappear" from outbox and message "Entering cancel delivery mode" ran thru my chat log.
After placing GM call to report the issue, GM asked for me to log on the reciepient mule to get the date of creation of said mule to varify if there were any problems during that time with the server which could have caused the problem. He also asked me to list the items that were sent. Guess they don't trust people enough to accept them as their customers. I should have said some crazy loot, but their system keeps record.
As f now, I haven't heard from GMs at all on the matter, but I will place a follow up GM call to find out what's going on. This is really pissing me off, not the fact that I spent my time, for which I paid SE, but the fact that the system is so flawed that at any moment you could lose everything you worked for. No ammount of bitching and moaning can get you your items back, as SE claims they can't "create" items to replace what is lost, yet they are capable of manipulating the game as they see fit when they need to.
So becareful of such things as roll backs, delivery system highjacks and Tarutaru wearing subligars.
