Had 3 Cleric Duckbills drop in dynamis-windurst last week. Needless to say it made a lot of WHMs happy that day (we have 6). But I pray no more WHM cuz it will just end up in the 'to desynth' pile.

Consider this Dynamis LS a rag-tag group of people, it was primarily compromised of 3 large social LS's, and a few invitees (me being one of them). However, an entire shell withdrew (or at least the vast majority of their members) due to an absolutely fucking ludicrous incident at our first Dynamis - Windurst.

When half the people from one of the primary LS's shows up TWO FUCKING HOURS LATE they had the gall to demand to be let into Dynamis -.- I don't think so.

Mind if I ask what time your schedule was for Dynamis Bert? That's a fuckton of Blm AF... We havent got shit for Blm drops while there are other ls's getting 2-3 per run, looking at your information this seems to be happening to you guys.

Our luck is so bad, we've had only 1 Blm AF2 hands drop in nearly 7 months of bi-weekly runs, 3 Blm AF2 feet, 0 body, 0 head, but surprisingly about 5 to 7 legs.

I'm probably just grasping at straws, but maybe moon phase affects the type of AF's that drop... or maybe I'm just crazy. I'd apreciate a reply either way

All speculation about dynamis drop rates needs hard data if it's gonna be taken seriously, otherwise the pattern (if there is one) is too complicated to just be able to "tell from experience." There have been good drops and bad drops on practically every type of moon phase, and there have been strings of same AF drops and strings of different AF drops. Really if someone wants to figure out how it works they should actually do some research instead of just "going by how it looks."

Also there is no proof that TH matters in Dynamis, due to a number of reasons which make measuring any effect very complicated.

You all might find this stuff interesting. My Dynamis LS on phoenix just had its 1 year anniversary. We have 13 original members left who went on that first run with us 1 year ago. Anyway the co-leader of the LS keeps stats for just about everything. So I'll just copy and paste what he has there. If you wanna see results from all our runs you can go to http://www.dynamisbums.com. The results stuff has its own forum. Sadly after doing Dynamis-Xarcabard 8 times the best we've gotten is 3 pieces in one run. THF, RDM, SAM. But we did just beat DL for the second time and got Shadow Mantle and Shadow Ring. (The Ring Owns for NIN on big HNM)

Nice stats, we averaged about 3 AF2 per Xarcabard for most of the runs, though we did get 5 on our best run.

I always used to think it was unfair that BLM AF seemed so rare. But now I kinda don't when lots of ls's bring a ton of BLM along. Yup you can get a lot of money and clear easily, but good luck getting all those AF drops for your BLM.

And BTW, I like the whole point system idea in dynamis. Seems to make more sense here than fighting gods and stuff.

So true......4 outta the 5 RDM's who lot RDM have the Tabard now...soon it will goto the other RDM's who lot different jobs. I'd love to see some BLM's drop for our BLM's . On a good note, we did see our first PLD in BCD :D.

LS is doing Sandy right now, didn't go due to working late, didn't meet deadline (unlike SOME people I don't whine to come in 2hours late <.<). So far they've had PLD and some other crap AF2. Which is amazing since PLD AF2 is freakin RARE for us.
