Spirits Within and Martial weapons

I had a question about using Spirits.

From what I gather. With a Martial Weapon, 100%TP = 200%TP and 200%TP = 300%TP.

Now as a NIN/WAR. Could I main a Nightmare Sword and use Shamo off hand and gain 200%TP to initiate a full Spirits Within?

It's +50% TP (not 50 points, but 50%)

100 = 150
150 = 225
200 = 300
200+ = 300

Doesn't have to be spirits within, it's the same for any WS.

And yes does have to be main hand.

everywhere else that i've seen says +100 TP

but +50% or +100 TP isn't much of a difference except for the range between 100-133 TP
