new NM Kurrea

The name of the NM is Kurrea. I was with the OP in Lufaise Meadows watching this group of Japanese players trying to kill it. It seems to be a popped NM and it is spawned slightly north of where Megalobugard spawns.

There was about 11 or 12 of them fighting with pld/nin, nin/war, 2 whm's, a few blm's, a few smn's and a few war/nin's... I believe all were lvl 75. I watched this go on for about an hour and they didn't even come close to killing it. It seems to have extremely strong regen. The best they did was take it to about 75% health.

It uses Silencega, Gravity(ga) and Aeroga III. Black Mage tier III and IV spells were doing about 350~900 dmg on it. I didn't see how hard it hit the pld but almost all of them had nin subbed for utsusemi: ni.

This is on the Phoenix server btw.

Killed it, dropped Galliard Trousers and 1550 gil to an alliance of 18.

Killed the NM in AttohwaCsm twice and no drop on either. That one requires like 4 people... >.>

Anyone found which antlion's drop the HQ jaws and where you pop the NM with the antlion trap?

The Cave Antlions do and it's a pretty common drop. We got 4 in the spam of an hour or so, the trap requires 2 jaws to make. Anyway, the actual NM is very easy... too easy. However its drop rate seems to be shitty for whatever it may be.

Well we went and got our two Jaws, I synthed the trap and we popped the nm (f-10 btw). It was a very easy antlion that our 68 nin had no problem tanking and when it died it popped a bigger but still easy antlion. No drop. The party behind us had me synth their trap as well and when they popped it they received a whole different mob named Alastor Antlion that did breakga, stonega 3 (unstunable) and every hit did petrify. Needless to say, they whiped pretty fast. Any idea why the same item would pop two different nm's?
