This is a new NM giant bird in Cape Terrigan, we started battle with 1 party but added another towards the end. Could have beat it fine with one party only. It has normal bird attacks like Triple Attack etc. Pops at I-8 in the Manticore/Cocatrice area. I have been watching it everyday since patch, it seems to be a 18-24 hour pop, no lottery, no special pop conditions other then time. It is up for about 25-30 min then depops and starts timer from then, like Guivre. It didn't cast or anything, more like just a normal Peryton with a lot more HP.

Quick note, it does have a pop condition, only pops in Wind Weather.
