just extract with model viewer and go into photoshop with black paintbrush and you'll end up with that in a few minutes

Judging from the lipstick and eyes on the model, I'd say there is definitely some external photoshopping and dat-replacement going on, rather than it simply being some gear we haven't seen in-game yet. Looks pretty cool though.
