New Chocobo Quest ?

I read on Lui's LJ something about gaining EXP from getting a Chocobo from Point A to Point B in a certain time ?

Does anyone have info on this. Checked out MTour.com, couldn't understand. Is it repeatable like Escort? How do I start it?

I think you just get it randomly from the chocobo stables. I got the kazham to norg one and missed the record by like 3 seconds and got 2 chocobo tickets.

It's very hard. When I did it, they made me go from Bastok to Windurst, which involves this process:

South Gustaberg> North Gustaberg> Konschtat Highlands> Pashow Marshlands> Rolanberry Fields> Sauramouge Champaign (sp?) > Meriphataud Mountains> Tahrongi Canyon> East Sarutabaruta> Windurst Woods

And you gotta do that in 30 min or less. I heard that if you get close, you still get prizes.

It's pretty easy. I just do it while looking for a party. 4/4 on xp scrolls so far. 3 dragon and 1 memior.

So what, just keep talking to the NPC at the Chocobo Stables ?

Seems like once a week. It was always a certain NPC that gave it. Talk to all 3 and see which one.

And can I go to each City and do this ?

It's not 3 card monte where you have to pick it right the first time. Just ask all 3 (twice to be on the safe side!) They are right next to each other.
