Legion of Altana on Sylph

We've recently changed shells to Legion of Altana II because the shell holder left the game. He then came back - but he's no longer with our LS.

I'd like to delete the current entry for Legion of Altana and create a new LS listing - Legion of Altana II.

My biggest problem is that the old sackholder of our LS(no longer with us) still has access to our big kills information.

My user account "Djzombie" for the big kills section is currently linked to Legion of Altana on the sylph server. How do I remove LoA from the listing or at least remove my account from permissions access to it, and then create a new LS listing for our linkshell?
