All those are pretty much just +acc equip. How about extending durations of haste etc? Or extending slow and all that crap, give it added effect craps.

Refresh is the same duration all the time, don't know about haste

Refresh has a standard duration regardless, unless you cast it on a lowbie. Then it will only recover like 90mp or some shit, it's really low, I've tested it numerous times. Otherwise, Refresh will always recover 150mp, regardless of Enhancing Magic.

As per Haste, it's all speculative, but I macro in Enhancing gear for it anyway.
