On Ragnarok lately, the ones who camp Morion Worm keep randomly saying two sets of two, two digit random numbers in /say. For example they'll say "57 64" then "44 29"... it's really wierd. Must be their favourite off the menu.

I've seen them say numbers like that, I just assumed it was next repop of Morion worm. But '64' .. hmmm

But even if it did have some relation to the pop time why the fuck would you use /say when no one else is remotely close to you?

Gil sellers on my server taught me how to camp Mee Deggi a year or so ago. They said when next PH pop is, and said when to Flee. Maybe they are just getting bored?

You have fog removed there or something? I don't remember ever bieng able to see that far.

theres a new program around that increases your draw distance. You can see all the way to oztroja from the very west of meriphataud, castle zvahl from the uleg entrance ramp, etc.

Holy shit, that is incredible. Do you have a link to the program? I'm sure it would kill my PC but I'd love to try it nonetheless.

someone in my LS IM'd it to me, don't have a link but ill see what I can do.

The program is called FFXI360GUI, it doesn't lag you very much at all, except for sometimes in large open areas like konschtat, or zitah.

can you see mobs that are farther away too or just the environment?

just the trees/terrain, draw distance for mobs/PCs remains the same.

Since I'm done playing for the night (got BRD75 finally with 16k into level, w00t):

I assume you load FFXI, you load the slider, then you slide it? Because whenever I pick a resolution when the game's not on, it doesn't do anything but say Error. (I thought maybe it would edit registry or something)
