Yes, the spawn conditions have been discovered.
My friend and me kept them secret, because we thought we could monopolize this thing, but after arguing long time with my friend, I decided to let the secret out so he gets mad, since he was the one who originally discovered those conditions.

You will LMAO when you actually find out. I don't think Taisaijin depops since my friend and me didn't look at the sky EVERY day, just when we played which is like 4-7hrs a day. GL, we're 0/2 so far, if it does drop hat.

Could this be true? If so, what does it mean? Maybe the game sky says "no pop today www"?
