Simply put, make it so the alliance leader can turn off the "Call for Help" function.

They can't. At least a GM told me it wasn't possible to.
I know sometimes you have to be on claim for a certain amount of time before you are able to CFH. It's either that or your alliance has to actually do damage to it first which he didn't.

This is the best suggestion I've heard so far.Originally Posted by Carbon
It still would not solve the "claim/CFH" thoughOriginally Posted by Russta
Maybe player must have hate in alliance + alliance leader only? That would get rather complicated though >.<
It would certainly be a step in the right direction, and would help.
Anything that is "... strength is impossible to gauge!" should give the message "You cannot call for help on impossible to gauge monsters" not more, plain and simple, everyone who wants to help on that send it via http://www.playonline.com, easy to understand and simple like FF XI staff had said multiple times. They made Leaping boots rare/ex and other stuff, helped with the ping problem, all cause more and more ppl kept sending em messages via playonline.com.
So stop posting ideas like these again and again - cause i bet these ppl dont even send it via POL- and just everyone who wants to help send a message to the Developer and you will see it will be gone soon the more ppl send it. gawd.. one person cant change it ...
now go there and do it gawddamit lolP.S. Suggestions can be sent to Square-Enix by logging onto POL, going to Service and Support -> E-mail to SE -> Comments and Suggestions.
Thing is, one person sending such an idea wouldnt get heard.Originally Posted by bercus
SE changed Argus, VE, and whoever else because of all the complaints they got, not just one.
Which is why I posted :D
Anyway, easiest way to submit a suggestion at work ^^b is
