I would suggest Gigants in Xarcabard until 44 or 45. Then you can start killing Gobs in West Altep. I would also suggest avoiding Antica all together, they are quite tough for their levels.Originally Posted by Not Kuno

I don't even have the quest done yet!
Couldn't one just go to gobs in West Altep from the start then? Why change places? Also, these look like the jungles to me:Originally Posted by Septimus

Of topic, but what kind of game interface is that in the picture?
Maybe I'm too noob or stupid, but did you alter anything for your interface? I haven't ever seen the user interface looking like that..
Edit: I got beat. Did you by chance PS or is that you're actual in game interface. Secondly, you should have seen this coming.
It's easy to change that stuff if you wanted to.
How so?Originally Posted by Not Kuno

I wouldn't be surprised if a Promyvion - Al'Taieu was thrown into the fray. After all, the other 4 crags had their very own Promyvion, would kinda make sense to have the 5th one have its own.
Of course, that makes sense, which is why it probably won't happen
what about prom-ro'moaeve?
Dammit, how about 'big tree area #2'. I'm sick of the names they come up with for zones.
It's the principle of diminishing returns. Your NPC won't level faster if you fight mobs that are 3 levels over or 20 levels over its level. If you can get 20 kills quickly, then it doesn't matter. I liked Xarcabard because it is very convienent to get to the leveling area. (Regional teleport or WHM teleport then run a little bit, and the occasional Dark Elemental for a happy bonus.)Originally Posted by Epical
I'm now at lvl 50 with my NPC.
You can do revelation rock from 30 to 50. Your NPC will level every other day. Just move onto anticans and scorpions as you get close to 50. Otherwise stick with beetles.
If a WHM has no problem with these, you won't either.
Bard would have trouble.
As a blm it can be kinda hard beating up stuff. Having to stop and rest with a time limit sucks ass. Stuff with low hp/defense so I can wack them with my staff is the best. Beetles and Anticans are too slow to kill and do decent dmg.
There are worms around that rock too which are quite easy, probably will want to stop around 45 though.
Worms only spawn at night.
