Can anyone tell me what affects this TP attack by Ahriman? I fucking hate it.

Probably Shell and -% magic damage gear, and Magic Defense Bonus gear

It's definetly not half, more like 1/4th. I remember Eyes on me doing 250ish to me at a constant rate when I farmed Beaucedine way back. I had somewhere around 1100HP.

I never could figure it out but heres a nice little trick cuz i used to farm Ahrimans alot.

If you are a melee, stand as far away from them as you can but close enough that you can still swing at them. Once you see them ready it, run away. If you are quick you will get the out of range message but even still if you are far back it does less damage. I'm not sure if its because you are farther back or if it is because you have your back turned. FYI most of their other WS you can evade by just turning your back.
