You do the quest to get the headgear (but you don't have to finish it) or you can buy from Whitez's mule (Shantoto) for 700k.

I got the Orc one thinking I was doing the quest for the Yagudo hat.. The Orc NM that pops from the hat = weak as hell.

Orc does a fucking gimp ass version of Warcry. And if you're engaged in battle it does a gimp ass version of Jump.
