Full Relics that I've seen personally are
Lavish - Horn
Hiriaken - Katana

Stages 4
Muze - H2H
Buzin - GK
Yoshihiro - Shield
Judemary - Knife

There might be others but these are the ones I've seen myself.

We only have the sword on midgard atm completed.
Have seen lv4 g.axe, a 2nd sword, and a shield.
Quite a few people on levels 2 & 3 though
Our LS is working on the g.axe right now, when it's done hopefully we'll be working on gkt & shield.

Hrm, I think bahamut only has dagger O-o; Bikkwin and griffith almost have excalibur, unless I missed griffith get it. Helpo is pretty close to club too, just needs attestation for stage4..which I guess SB is helping him get kinda (selling currency to him for 50%, although he buys most of it from bazaars).

Caitsith so far as it stands: Kaluga with Gungnir, the fully upgraded Relic Spear. Hightone I believe has a level 3 Axe.

A lot of people here are keeping their mouths shut about relic weapons, though...

Almalexia on Sylph has 3rd stage relic knuckles and is working on final heaven. Not sure what LS she is in but I have not heard of a completed relic on our backwater little server. No LS has tried to fund a weapon either so its basicly everyone for themselves.

I've seen 2 Batardeau (stage-4 dagger) on Fenrir...I know there's more than that though on the JPs but I've never seen them use them. One of the daggers is an NA, and I know NA also have stage-3 H2H, staff, and probably more as well.

Cleen has Stage IV Dagger. Just needs Currency now >_<;
Zimph has Stage III Knuckles.
Daxam has Stage III Horn, about to be IV.
Ilir almost has Stage IV stage Dagger.
Roranora has Stage III Staff.
Those are the tops NAs I think.

Ext has I think 2 IIIs. Sword and Shield. He could have both relics but sadly they are fuckin idiots.

I don't know how close anyone is on Pandy (like stage 3 and 4 or anything) but as to my knowledge there have been no sightings for any stage 5 weapons. we suck

No, Simd has the relic stage 5 BRD Horn. Check him out sometime in Tavnazian Safehold.
