RDMs have quite a selection of hand to hand weapons that we can use as well eventhough we have no native skill in them. And some of them are very good hand to hand weapons. (Shiva's Claws, Indra Katars, Destroyers, Keonigs Knuckles...) I would kill for a low hand to hand skill (D or E) just to use some of them. (Mmmmm... Enspells...)

Or just take away all of the hand to hand weapons from Red Mages and give us access to bastard swords and shimitars. (Mmmmm... Ridill...)

All jobs who can equip a weapon should have some sort of skill in it(with exception to event items such as trick staff which can be equipped by all jobs for event purposes). And I'm saying that because DRK can equip H2H weapons, I'm levelling monk up as a second job, and H2H merits while levelling up a low level monk is teh sex.
