As for staying on topic... I would like to see whichever summon that huge castle thing was from one of the previous FF's (even though it would be way too big for this game).

Odin and Alexander are already starting to factor into the CoP, Fellowship and (presumably) TAU stories. Will they ever be summonable? One would certainly hope so, but after CoP we know that just because they're classified as Avatars doesn't mean they can't just be story NPCs.

I'm still holding out hope that some day we'll be able to summon Diabolos, and maybe reconstitute and summon Phoenix, but those seem like pretty distant dreams right now.

Diablos would nice, so would Alexandr (old-school), Odin, and Bahamut, but I don't care about the rest as long as I get Phoenix.

I can imagine a boy and his Phoenix running through the foot-hills of Gustaberg... /sigh
