Sky isn't THAT populated that all 4 areas it could spawn in are taken at once.

Not all servers are the same. On Ragnarok Tu'lia is rediculously overcrowded and the rare occasions my LS does go up there we're lucky to get anything.

that bs that if it doesnt pop in 3 pops or w/e is such a lie, my ls camps it all the time, b4 patch we would just pull a detector and let it summon til SC popped, so more like 20+ and it still can pop...
