When you cast invis on yourself you see your character's silhouette, semi-transparent.

In the current SSs, you dont see shit.

Noone of you is right, it was nothing cheating, nothing illegal, not Invisible cast, and no Equipment change, and HE HAD the GC , he was able to walk arround like that in Jueno , no cheating. Damn even the GM didnt find out, till we did why this happened. Its very easy. The hint is on the 2ns Screenshot.

All i can get from the 2nd screeny is:

"Danish Vanishes."
everyone save for Danish and 1 person are in the altep region
Only has signet, so no enchantments involved, doesn't appear to have huge lag...


Am I missing something?

The first message of the log clearly shows that a teleport-altep spell was involved, but thats all i can think of.

Teleport Altep was casted, Yes.
He has GC, Yes.
He is Invisible in Jueno, without hack/cheat, Invisible Spell.
Pic says Danish vanishes, but he was still able to run arround in Jueno.

Only other things I notice, which likely have nothing to do with anything, is he is in Port Jeuno in the NW corner of the choco stable room (I think, either that or he's just beyond the Guide Point, but I'm fairly sure its in or near the choco stables), and he waves as/after he ports.

Figured it was either one or the other of those places. Only reason I wasn't sure if it was that little circular room just beyond the guide stone was because there is a wall on his left that I wasn't sure was there in that corner.

btw, what does "ok was nun?" mean?

Yup. That's what it looks like to me, anyway. A year or so ago, my friend had to reinstall the game on PC and didn't teleport with us when we went to Yhoator even though she had the crystal. Turns out she forgot to reinstall the expansion. Then she had to reupdate too

Jupp, he played on a new PC, we just installed FF XI and forgot to install RotZ, well then we TEleported him and both times we tried his body went INvisible hehe Was funny though to walk arround with only the name all the time.

the "danish vanishes", when you know tele was casted and he vanished but is still there i would figure, well i did after 5 min that RotZ was not installed

it was a riddle thread and meant to see if anyone could figure out what happened. And if you're too dumb to see that then it's safe to assume you're too dumb to have solved the riddle yourself.
