Sounds like it. 30 minutes of no search function. This maintenance doesnt seem as notoriously evil as the last several Thursday. :)

You know those times when they give a server message saying logging in won't be possible? Could just be something that keeps you from logging in but doesn't kick you off if you're already on.

You can't log in, but if you're logged in already, the only thing you can't do is veiw the AH or use the search function.

If by "hardly ever" you mean for about half an hour a week then yes. Seriously people, if you're whineing about some minor downtime like half an hour a week then it's time to just shut the hell up and be happy you don't have a real problem to complain about.
