Just read the whole thing.

Summary of the entire article. Some guy name Fawk holds PV dynamis currency hostage. I believe Fawk runs PV dynamis also called PPGame. So PV has to get back currency from Fawk. Only way they could get it back was to Screenshot the currency being bought at full price because Fawk wants to sell them for full price and disperse to PV members.

So in order to get the currency back, PV funds some members w/ PV bank gils and screenshot gils exchanging hands for full price to give to Fawk. PV got back about 75% and the rest they might not be able to get back. Meanwhile Fawk is proclaiming that w/ the gils he hopes PV officers will disperse the gils out to members. PV officers claims Fawk doesn't care but PV officers are holding onto the gils from the exchange.
