Where in Baja California ^^ I have a house in Los Cabos and Loreto.
Try Prince of Darkness. It's a late 80's John Carpenter flick. It's mostly pyschological horror with a theology theme and a side helping of grossout.
Seven is a pretty cool movie, a bit old though
Both of the "The Ring" movies were scary. Original Japanese versions, not the american ones.

There are seriously very few "scary" movies anymore because people have become so desensitized to it. Seriously the last movie that really "scared" me was The Grudge (NA) and that came out quite a bit ago. I saw Hide and Seek since then and that just plain sucked.
But I loooove movies that actually scare me so if anyone has some really good ideas PM me or just post them on here I guess.
The Shining owns all of them.
