New Dynamis Area Prereq's

Does anyone have a definative answer as to what the new prereqs are for access to the new Dynamis zones?

Have to have defeated Diabolos at least (he plays a key part of the story this time around). And from what I hear, you need to finish the 4 city zones first too.

ppl have been going in w/o 4 city cleared, just past 3-5 CoP mission

1. Clear the 4 starting City areas (not confirmed, since everyone in our LS has this done, but you definately don't need to clear Xarcabard)
2. Be past the Diablos BC in the CoP Story line (confirmed, one of our members has Xarca access but absolutely no CoP done)

is level 65 required, with normal dynamis access? You say 3-5 is it and thats all. Thats the point that is a bit vague to me.

I havn't checked that.. but I'm pretty sure it is. Based on same timer and everything.
