Just be careful because using too many xp scrolls can lead to underdeveloped weapon proficiency. I'm too embarassed to xp on my war because I used xp scrolls/ENMs to finish it up (ended up like 41 after all the ENM30s I did) and now my axes are like...6-7 levels behind.

If you do one exp party a week for the same length of time it takes to do 3 of those quests, you'll get 2-3x the exp.

However, escorts are great to use on jobs to get them through the dunes/Qufim

But at level 75, those are great to keep up your XP buffer. Who in their right mind is going to party for an hour, then have everyone go back to their mog house to switch back to merits?

Turn merits off when buffer dips below a certain amount and just cap it, then let it go to merits for the rest, and set merits back on after your party.

Even if you let your buffer run out entirely, a KRT PT for 4 hours = 43999/44000.

Ok its not all jobs, but most jobs can fit in at least one 8k+ per hour setup, decos/kindreds/bones/aerns.

I've been doing the sacrarium one every week, but I haven't done it yet this week.

There should only be the two taurus that block the path leading into the maze on the north side.

It sounds like new taurus have been added in the maze at the short dead-end stub hallways at the north/south of the maze, and in the hallway leading to the Keremet room?

I have yet to go in there myself this week, so I don't know if the ones in the dead-end hallways in the maze are close enough to the maze itself to aggro someone running through or not (or if they just prey on people stupid enough to go down those dead-end hallways).

I'm also not sure if whether the taurus in the hallway leading to Keremet are close enough to aggro anyone running down the main north/south hallway on the east side of the map.

Unless you're Warrior, Black Mage, Red Mage, Monk, Bard, and White Mage, you usually get tossed aside for those PTs.

I'm a THF, and I get Deco parties all the time. In a WAR, WAR, WAR, THF, BRD, RDM party I'm usually outdamaged by about 7-8% by each of the WARs. But then again, I'm completely unmerited. You can do fine with enough gear and merits

I said KRT specifically wasn't all jobs, but a lot of the limits on whether a certain job can do a certain type of party are entirely made up in people's heads. Concepts like "THF sucks at DD" are a big part of the problem.

Most jobs can perform well in one of the types I mentionned, as a MNK and WHM KRT's obviously a favorite example but its not the only option.

Once my THF is 73 (Destroyers) I'm so subbing MNK and doing KRT, won't be as effective as on MNK but with capped merits its still more effective than daggers on bones.

The new ones I noticed were at the two dead ends on opposite sides of the maze, and in the intersections leading to Keremet's room. The ones on the way to Keremet are to increase the mission's difficulty I'd guess, the ones in the maze are just minor annoyances.

I guess so. Thats sort of annoying. I kinda liked the fredom of being able to hang out in sacrarium agro free when you get into the 6 rooms area. Oh well. ^^;

More power to you, sometimes there just isnt a 3rd MNK seeking, and I'd like to see a THF/MNK in Action, just have some sushi and some nice gear/merits. I've seen THF/WAR with a Club in action, and that stuff is nasty.

Have you actually tried or seen a THF try it? Probably not. THF can do just fine there with a mighty Titan's Cudgel and E rated club so I'll give a try to unlocked Destroyers and higher skill level. Why? It sounds fun to me, you know, like a game.

I'll tell that to my buddy the next time he busts off a 1600 SA True Strike on a skellie...

True Strike is a broken WS for THF, if Triple Attack procs all 3 hits are automatically crits (since TS is a 1 hit crit WS, and SA guarantees that hit is a crit), and 1400-1600 dmg is pretty common.

THF/MNK does pretty well too, surprisingly enough.

Sure, they may not be as good as another MNK in the slot, but they're definitely not worthless if they're smart.

lol took me a total of 4 months, on & off of course, to get BRD 74, the rest of the time I farm/nm camp
so getting 66+ PLD in one month is like lightspeed to me
