I hate to post here but i have to.

So where are you stationed? or should I ask are you even in the military? Obviously not, because as you dont know there are Marine, Army, Navy, Airforce bases in Japan. Which would include your "combat arms"

Its ok to be a fan of the Marines and not be in it Tommy boy, but atleast know what you are talking about before hand.

My 'Shut the fuck up' was dismissive in nature, but since you persist...

I'm stationed at Ft. Irwin. And I don't know what the fuck you do, but 'Marine, Army, Navy, Airforce bases' don't constitute combat arms. Combat arms would be infantry, tankers, artillery men, some calvary, etc. Combat arms is not synonmous with military, you idiot. It's a specific part of the military. The Air Force and Navy have no combat arms MOS'. The Army personnel stationed in Japan aren't combat arms, they're CSS (Combat Service Support). A few Marines in Japan are, but based upon the way you spoke, it's clear you aren't a Marine. A wise man on the internet once told me:

i laugh at people the come on here talking nonsense and they dont know a thing about the topic
So it's nice your friend is back, but trying to sound like he did some hardcore training when he's a medic is a little silly. A simple "I went to basic, then AIT, now I'm in Alaska" would've sufficed.

So 'combat arms lol' yourself and stop talking.

    Oh and welcome back medic.

That was clever!!!!1! I think the responses to my posts are the super angsty-emo ones, though.

you have intelligence of a grunt there is no doubt cause you sure as shit can't read. i never said airforce or navy has combat arms i was stating that all branches of the military have bases in japan. and i know what combat arms consists of i just assumed you were refering to marine combat arms. Army combat arms is just the same. its only regular jobs and nothing special. end of story. if you would have said delta forces, recon etc.....then that would have made sense. but there is absolutely nothing special about combat arms.

    No, it wouldn't.

    GTFO.

Also, nowhere did I say combat arms were anything more than a normal job. I just pointed out that skin needn't babble about his basic like it was some GI Joe shit, when it's not. Save your reading comprehension skills for someone who needs it. Like maybe...you.

I know everyone's not a jack-of-all-trades....but if you can do all of this:

i ended up at D2/47 and spent the next 9 weeks being pushed threw the mud, crawling over barracades, throwing grenades, and firing the m16a2, M4 rifle, AT4, saw, and m203. we did a 9 mile ruck sack(94pnds) march at the end of a week basicly totally outdoors. i graduated from there and then was sent to Lovely FT. Sam Houston Texas, where i was to do my 91W(Health Care Specialist) training for the next 17 weeks. EMT Basic course was what i had to accomplish during the first few weeks after that the fun started carrying 236 pound fellow 91w trainees fireman's carry 100yds, crawling threw more mud but this time with a stretcher and full equipment on. though getting to fly in the UH60 blackhawk was fun. did quite abit more stuff like learn to control bleeding, how to control an acute nemothorax etc... and how to stop jugular vein distention.
What's a paragraph and some punctuation to come across as an English speaking citizen gonna hurt you for? I understand some people are in a hurry....but did none of your training and the possible patience you gained from that, spill over into other parts of your life? I'm not trying to flame...and definately not justifying any of the negative responses...I just think some people are going over-board with the reactive negative comments, when someone posts a topic thats as illegible as the OPs.

wow, who gives a rats ass if he uses paragraphs or not. I was able to understand.

Some of you people are total maggots, you piss and moan that this place is becoming like alla when it is the attitudes of superiority that you bring with you that make it like alla.

I can understand that when people have differing views that flame wars can happen. Some of you little pricks come on these forums for the express purpose to be an asshole or try to be superior. If you got nothing to add to a discussion or dont try to add to a discussion, fuck off.

    Welcome back Skineater.
