yeah!!! like WTF.. where did """"Skineater"""" go!!
well here goes..... in febuary 22, 2005 i left for basic training in the Army. i spent 2 weeks in a reception place at Ft. Benning Georgia, waiting to be assigned to a BCTB platoon. i ended up at D2/47 and spent the next 9 weeks being pushed threw the mud, crawling over barracades, throwing grenades, and firing the m16a2, M4 rifle, AT4, saw, and m203. we did a 9 mile ruck sack(94pnds) march at the end of a week basicly totally outdoors. i graduated from there and then was sent to Lovely FT. Sam Houston Texas, where i was to do my 91W(Health Care Specialist) training for the next 17 weeks. EMT Basic course was what i had to accomplish during the first few weeks after that the fun started carrying 236 pound fellow 91w trainees fireman's carry 100yds, crawling threw more mud but this time with a stretcher and full equipment on. though getting to fly in the UH60 blackhawk was fun. did quite abit more stuff like learn to control bleeding, how to control an acute nemothorax etc... and how to stop jugular vein distention. yay lots of medical crap and the final week we put all of what we learned into practice in a feild excercise having us run up hills, simulate evacuating patients to another hill and half way up it they yell GAS GAS GAS, and so we stop put our gas masks and suits on and continue up the hill, when you get there they go .... your patient has lost large amounts of blood ... what do you do... "double check the patient head to toe and proceed to issue an IV of ringers lactate 500ml" btw for those who dunno putting an IV needle in a persons arm while wearing a gas mask when your out of breath and the eye glass peices in it is fogged up is no fun. well this was jus a little of what we did there but you get the idea. after graduating from C/232. i was put in Airborne holdover status for 2 months, wating for a slot to open so i could go to Airborne school. during that time my First Sargent at C/232 ran us basicly every day 7 miles on monday, 5 miles on tuesday, 3 miles on wednesday and thursday, and friday we ran 2. finally i got to airborne school back at Ft. Benning, Georgia.. where we ran!!! EVERYWHERE.. so i was thanking my old 1st sgt... well 3 weeks of hell at airborne school learning to jump out of planes with around 100 pounds of equipment on and how to land with out breaking anything after jumping out of a plane, btw it only takes like 35-40 seconds to hit the ground. after that i got to spend 18 days at home(North Carolina), 3 of which i flew down to Orlando, Florida to make peace with my Ex-Fiancee'. after that i had to get on a plane in Atlanta to fly to Denver to get on another plane to end up where i am now for my Duty Station in ALASKA!!! I was assigned to the 1/501st Airborne division. where i will most likely will be until late this coming year when we will deploy to Iraq. I'm currently using a laptop and its not built for gaming. I'm waiting on my desktop to arrive from North Carolina. Im hoping my account is still there for FFXI i wanna play again!!!!!!!! i love you guys
hope to see you all soon
Tell demerara i still love her!!!!!!!
