Ouch...I lost 1 when trying to synth my haidate a while back(8mil down drain, hate to loose one now, lol) I ended up buying a cursed haidate a couple of days later instead of trying to synth again (NQ OK!)

In the synth that just broke I bought both lumbers, 3.3, 3.0 (really cheap compared to other servers, got lucky), but divine logs are rare as hell now, and AH jumped from 3.5 to 4.5 in one sale. Kirin Osode mnk ftw I guess.

there's a lot of effort/risk, it's just in the form of work and effort rather than a random chance
that being said, i always thought the hq thing was a good way to balance out the loss thing, but i thought loss% should haev been roughly the same as hq%
then again, what did you expect for crafting w/ 22

I agree. Sometimes it just doesnt seem fair when you lose a potential couple weeks of your life, just because you got a bad die roll. I'm all for working hard to get something, but when its just taken right out from under you, because of bad luck...there's something wrong with the system.

Losing togi synth sucks.. only lost once though. Lost 2 logs on haidates.. like 3/5 on that synth, but 7/8 or so on togi..
