The funniest and saddest thing in the game is when someone you helped do genkai's and af for calls you a noob or treats you like shit once they hit 75 and joined a hnmls. It's happened at least seven or eight times so far, same reason I don't go to KI anymore.

What annoys me more, is a LOT of my friends treat me like shit or talk shit behind my back because im no longer in their LS. I dont know, not trying to offend anyone in this next sentence, maybe it's some american e-penis competition thing. I've had 3 other Aussie friends in FFXI, who no matter what I did in the game, or what LS I joined, they'd still be my friend and just talk as if nothing happened, I joined a diff LS that they dont like? Oh well they're still my friend. 3's a nice number, because that's also the same amount of my closest NA friends ,who treated me the same. They could be careless of what I did in FFXI, we were friends because we were friends, not because Im in a HNMLS, not because I can poop out money, etc. However alot of my NA ex-friends(some being leaders of HNMLS's on asura) I was really good friends with them a long time ago, but they wanted me to join their HNMLS, I declined, I didnt wanna do HNM at the time, and when I did, It wasnt her LS, anyway she bitches about me and still sometimes tries to talk to me, but only when she needs that little boost of self-esteem she doesnt have.

Nothing pisses me off more than Conditional friendship.
