PC Users help me out...

I have a few questions I was hoping you guys could help me with.

How do you adjust your settings when your about go camp kings or do dynamis? I've tried to lower clipping plane, animation frame rate, and character models but i still get a lot of lag sometimes. Is there something in the FFXI config that would help the game speed up for me?


Also I am about to get a new PC soon hopefully. What folder would I copy in order to move all of my macros, chat filters and settings over to my new PC?

Navigate to the Playonline folder on your PC. I'm assuming you know how to use a computer fairly well. In the Playonline folder you should see another folder, Square Enix. Open that. Now you'll see the FFXI folder. Open this. Now look for ToolsUS folder. Copy that in its entirety to a USB Jumpdrive or something and Voila! You got teh macros ready to put on another PC.
