Or the point is everyone was trying to make sure it was DoTed before they ran out of the room so they cast whatever they could regardless of what others were casting...

its true bio does suck, its useful for dragons though. but BG was probably just trying to stick DoTs on it so it dies easier, and notice the counter on citadel buster was low, so maybe they were in a pinch -.- they dont have to be perfect, even the most verteran linkshells can wipe to Tiamat, Jorm, Vrtra, anything. No reason to jump on them like this

no just lowers attack, but sometimes more damage + lowered attack is nice, like at fafnir or tiamat

At that point of the ultima fight bio would be better then dia. Most melee's are going to be weakened or dead and hes doing citadel busters back to back to back, so melee will just be standing out of AOE unless they get drawn in, in which case they will soon die. Go for the more DoT damage.. Bio...
