It sounds like its more than just him. There supposedly were a few GMs in the Aery during all of this, and what Danuve told us when we asked for a Senior GM, that they were all busy "cleaning up the mess we made"

All "out of region" areas are there. Promvs and sea is there too.

I think that's the same position as when you look at the region map in Al'Taieu. It probably just defaults there.
