frequency of conquest updates

I have been afk at argus the past 12 hours and I was wondering if someone can tell me the frequency in rl time of the conquest updates...when it says:

Conquest update:
This region is currently under San d'Orian control.
Regional influence:
San d'Oria - Minimal
Bastok - Major
Windurst - Minimal

nothing, but there is a plugin for windower that displays the time before everything that appears in your chatlog.
