Its alright, the guitar reminds me of a bit of polvo so that equals good in my book. Actually built to spill came to mind too... idk, it doesnt really sound like either of those lol....

Their older stuff was pretty good. I didn't really like their new album, 'Menos el Oso', all that much, but I'll admit that the song 'Puchaca Sunrise' is pretty catchy.

I'm a fan, but then again I like almost all indy music. One of my favorite songs by them is "Hey Wanna Throw Up? Get Me Naked"

And you may like "The Slip" by Even Rats. It's ok, i just found it during my daily music hoarding today and reminded me of minus the bear a little

One of the chicks here in the mall has been telling me to check out Minus the Bear though. We like similar music so I'll prolly like it.

Anyone like Porcupine Tree? they're an excellent band also.

Russta got me into Porcupine Tree. Train, Blackest Eyes and Waiting Phase One are awesome. Arriving somewhere, but not here is probably one of my favorite songs ever.

Theres a huge difference between emo and indy.

Compare bands like Bright Eyes (emo) to ones like Metric (indy) and you'll see the difference.
