CD Key question

I wanted to creat another mule on my acct, and of course it prompted me for my CD key. I lost the booklet that came with the game that had that info a long time ago. Is there any way to find it in any game file?

I called them yesterday, the guy I spoke to said "Go buy another copy of the game" He wouldnt give me any useful info
