Yeah, I've been having a discussion about this on a diff message board. Nintendo looks to be in a place to actually take the top spot again, fuck yeah.
That's freaking sexy... Just makes you wonder what kind of fees they'll have to download them..
gogo 50 bucks a month or 30 bucks a game per month.
I'd imagine closer to $3-5 a game downloaded... But they're "so cheap" people will download them like crazy and $5 becomes 10, 20, 40, 60, 120... etc.Originally Posted by Koga

Pretty much, its a goldmine for money. Price them cheap enough to make people feel like they haven't spent any money, and by the time they're done, $100 is gone.Originally Posted by Okan

Most guesses are around $5-10. Nintendo has made a point of keeping things inexpensive, they aren't going to back off that here. The Rev itself is going to be much less than the 360 and PS3 as well.
Don't we all live under a rock playing FFXI/WoW for most of our waking hours anyways?Originally Posted by Xavier

But anyways, if its available I'll likely buy games I like and have gotten roms for.
Thats fucking awesome, hopefully I can afford it when it comes out. It will be nice to get to play some of the old games I missed out on. The whole Sega deal doesn't suprise me, most of Sega's games come out on Nintendo.Originally Posted by Xavier
Oh and what the hell is C.P.A. ?
cue some sony fanboys about now.
I love my Playstation. I've owned both the first and PS2. Only problem with the Playstations has been their first and maybe second generation of the system usually break down. Anyone remember the First PS1 where you had to twist, turn, flip, slice, bake, saute, and add lemon juice for it to work properly?Originally Posted by Sidd
I sure could go for a ps1 right about now, I havn't eaten in a while.Originally Posted by Okan
Lets not forget the NES. Where you basically had to perform oral sex on your cartridges for them to work properly after awhile.Originally Posted by Okan
But if you perform the job of blowing on the cartridges they still work today :D Not so with PS1s
oh and nintendogasm imminent: http://www.nintendo.com/pop_video.vm?ur ... height=420
Sorry but, nobody gives a fuck about playing 20 yr old games on a next gen system.
I'm more interested in Sony's PSP service which allows you to download original PSone games and play them off your PSP...
Um...why is 10 years ago so much better than 20 years ago? And you can get GCN and N64 games on the Rev. Yeah, um sorry but go ahead and play your ports-in-a-pocket machine. Rev will have awesome new gameplay AND old favorites.Originally Posted by Razz
Hudson better offer Neutopia and JJ & Jeff. I loved those games and in personal feeling Neutopia > Legend of Zelda.
